Dalái Lama

The Dalai Lamas are believed by Tibetan Buddhists to be manifestations of Avalokiteshvara or Chenrezig, the Bodhisattva of Compassion and the patron saint of Tibet.

Choose to be optimistic, you will feel better.

If you can cultivate the right attitude,
your enemies are your best spiritual masters,
because their presence offers you the opportunity to improve and develop tolerance, patience and understanding.

Whoever transforms himself transforms the world.

Let go of people who just come to share grievances, problems, disastrous stories, fear and judgment of others.
If someone looks for a bucket to throw their garbage, try to make it not in your mind.

Happiness is not something that comes prefabricated,
comes from your own actions.

In the practice of tolerance, one's enemy is the best teacher.

Silence is sometimes the best answer.

Tolerance and patience are much deeper and more effective
than mere indifference.

Our main purpose in life is to help others.
And if you can not help them, at least not harm them.

To create an inner peace,
the most important thing is the practice of compassion and love,
understanding and respect for human beings.

There are only two days in the year when nothing can be done.
One is called yesterday and the other one tomorrow.
Therefore today is the ideal day to love, grow, do and mainly live.

If you do not forgive for love,
forgive at least for selfishness,
for your own well-being.

Learn the rules well, so you can hack them effectively.

If they ever do not give you the expected smile,
be generous and give yours.
Because nobody has as much need for a smile,
as one who does not know how to smile at others.

Judge your success by what you had to give up to get it.

The more you are motivated by love,
the more bold and free our actions will be.

Peace can never be obtained in the outside world
until we are at peace with ourselves.

We should not believe too much in compliments,
 sometimes criticism is very necessary.

Anger, pride and competition are our true enemies.

 Anger is born of fear,
and this is a feeling of weakness or inferiority.
If you have courage or determination,
you will have every less fear
and consequently you will feel less frustrated and angry.

The way to change the minds of others is with affection, not anger.

Almost all the good things that happen in the world are born of an attitude of appreciation for the rest.

Do not let the behavior of others destroy your inner peace.

Success and failure depend on wisdom and intelligence,
which can never function properly under the influence of anger.

 Where ignorance is our teacher,
there is no possibility of real peace.

That inner darkness we call ignorance is the root of suffering.
The greater interior light, the less darkness.
This is the only way to achieve salvation.

The goodness or badness of acts is determined by its fruit.
